Q: Do you offer repair services?
A: No. As a part of our guarantee we offer repair services for bicycles that have been purchased in the past (1) month. Please note that punctured inner tubes are excluded from this guarantee. You are welcome to join us and repair your own bicycle in our Do-It-Yourself bike shop.
Q: What kind of bicycles do you have for sale?
A: This varies based on the bicycles we have available. Generally we should have one to meet your transportation needs. If we do not have the kind you want for sale it is possible that we can find a suitable one from our storage and have it repaired within a few weeks.
Q: How much do the bicycles cost?
A: Generally, between 50-100 € (euros). The price can be more depending on the condition and the amount of work that was required to repair it.
Q: Can I reserve a bicycle?
A: Yes. To reserve a bicycle we need your name, contact information, a 20 € (euro) deposit, and a date you wish to reserve it until.
Q: Do you sell spare parts?
A: Yes. We have diverse collection of used parts that are available for sale. We do not sell any new parts (i.e. tubes, tires, and cables) which are reserved for the bicycles that we repair for sale.
